Refund Request Form

All members have acknowledged, signed and agreed upon enrolment that all fees paid in advance are final and will not be refunded, transferred, or deferred under any circumstances, and that the enrolment form constitutes agreement to provide one (1) month written advance termination notice.

This form exists only for extraordinary situations where a member believes a genuine exception may be warranted. Submission does not imply approval.

By submitting this form, the member, and parent/guardian (if applicable), acknowledge that they have already signed and agreed to the Club’s enrolment terms and conditions, and that all fees paid in advance are final (non-refundable/non-transferable and cannot be deferred). Any refund granted is at the Club’s sole discretion, including the amount of refund, which may be full, partial, or zero. The Club’s decision regarding both approval and refund amount is final and binding. The person submitting the form also confirms that all information provided is true and accurate, and understands that any inaccurate, false, or misleading information will immediately nullify the application.
